Local Committee
The Childeric Local Committee includes:
- Headteacher(s)
- 2 elected staff committee members
- 2 elected parent committee members
- 2 community committee members
The staff committee members are elected by the staff and normally serve for 4 years.
The parent committee members are elected to serve the local committee by parents of the school and normally serve for 4 years.
Parent committee members are pleased to hear about views and ideas and can be contacted in writing via the school office.
The community committee members are invited onto the local committee, by the committee members, to add areas of expertise and to represent the local community. We use a robust set of skills' audits to ascertain the requirements and expertise required by the local committee.
